We are looking for a part time social media, e-commerce & fashion marketing intern to join our friendly and passionate team in London. This is ideal for someone in the final year of a fashion marketing / fashion merchandising / fashion promotion degree. You will be working for a new streetwear label and a soon to be launched formal menswear brand.
The overall benefits of this role are an opportunity to gain experience in fashion marketing and social media marketing for an up and coming fashion brand with big plans.
Role includes but is not limited to:
- Attending industry fashion events around the world and representing the company when needed. (We will be exhibiting our brands and other services at TOKYO FASHION WORLD in April and October 2017.)
- Weekly updates on social media platforms. Monitoring social media followings and seeking ways to increase engagement with potential customers.
- To generate traffic for our e-commerce site and to our e-tailer distributors.
- To coordinate and support new ways to engage new customers through social media
- Research on suitable stockists worldwide and to organise information into a basic databases
- Assistance on fashion photography and fashion film video shoots and at fashion events.
- General research into fashion trends, events & other exhibitions.
Candidate should ideally : –
- Be a creative thinker and have a good eye for aesthetics.
- Have an acute attention to detail and a keen interest in fashion and fashion film.
- Be Comfortable with Adobe photoshop, facebook, Pinterest and instagram strategies
- Have a genuine love and understand of the mechanics and latest trends in social media.
- Have graduated in fashion marketing / promotion or social media marketing
- Have some fashion retail experience
- Have PR/Marketing/Fashion/Social Media experience
- Have Excellent written and spoken English. Other languages will be helpful but not essential such as Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese.

Streetwear Design & Product Internship

We are looking for a talented design assistant / intern to join our fun & creative team. (womenswear & menswear)
You will work with the Design team in London and our design and merchandising teams at our factories in Asia, to assist with product development from the concept stage through to final sample. This will involve coordinating alterations and corrections and developing new product ranges.
You will need to Identify inspiration for the brands; create presentations / mood boards and assist with the general organization and daily tasks of the company and its fashion strategy.
You will need to hit the ground running and be bursting with ideas and energy for the industry and have super confidence in yourself and your ability to add significant value to the process at every stage..
Requirements:
Applicants must have the following:
- A DEGREE level qualification or similar in fashion design and/or textiles.
- MEASURING SKILLS.
- Interest in both women’s and menswear
- Experience and competence with CAD and Tech Pack production.
- Good knowledge of fabrics
- Ability to manage and prioritize own workload
- Knowledge of pattern cutting
- Good knowledge of garment construction, fit and offshore manufacturing is required

International Business Development Manager – Fashion Wholesales
Start date: Immediate
Term: 3 Month probationary period leading onto a full time position depending on performance.

We are looking for an experienced international account / business development executive to support the sales and business development functions for a range of new london based brand’s (1 formal menswear and 1 mens and womens streetwear brand)
Your role is to build up strong relationships with new retail buyers. For this role a strong interest in Menswear and Streetwear as well as a passion for the brand is essential as you will be representing the brand to potential buyers globally. You will be tasked with growing accounts across wholesale channels. In doing so, you will be required to achieve company sales & profit targets which are in line with agreed business plans & strategies.
This role will involve working closely with the International hubs of fashion consumption and responsibility for planning, analysing sales performance adapting the range and strategy accordingly.
- You will coordinate the planning of your activities with the International Sales Director. After a successful probationary period you will grow the team to include a Merchandiser, Assistant Merchandisers and Allocators to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- International travel will feature as you will be supporting the CEO in strategically pushing the growth and development of the division.
ROLE: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Bring own contacts forward in order to maximise sales and develop new business accounts domestic and international
- Identify opportunities to reach business sales targets and acquire new partners.
- Responsible for achieving sales plan and reviewing performance on a regular basis.
- Liaise with clients regarding re-orders and general administration needs.
- Track performance of target sales versus actual, in season sell-throughs, etc.
- Work with the Director as well as the team to maximise sales of our products.
- Monitor customer deliveries, providing feedback to clients where necessary.
- Provide end of season reports, detailing overall sales performance, best and worst sellers, market updates etc.
Key skills and experience:
- Experience in international merchandising within fashion is an absolute requirement.
- Ready to take on a new challenge within the global market – you must have excellent merchandising experience within a fashion brand.
- Excellent numerical skills – with a track record of financial success
- Experience and contacts in the retail fashion industry
- Experience dealing with factories (Ideally in Asia)
- Experience of dealing with designers and design teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in fashion (Men’s wear would be ideal) and is able to hit the ground running . Experience in working within a fast paced environment and will be able to work effectively under pressure. You will need to demonstrate previous work, relevant contacts as well as your ability to develop new business.
A driving license will be helpful but not essential, as travel within the UK may be required.
YOUR PRIORITIES:
TO ESTABLISH & ACTION AN AGGRESSIVE EXPANSION IN SALES STRATEGY FOR OUR CLIENT
- The manager will be required to organise and action a strategic approach to potential new buyers in various select markets around the world using existing contacts as well as developing new ones.
- Full sales, marketing, creative and business development support will be provided to aid and facilitate any communication required to attract, engage and close agreements with new buyers.
- Suitable visual presentation material will be provided and this will be produced under your creative leadership. Online media packs will be produced including lookbooks and Fashion films branded with the products.
TO SUPPORT THE INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION & MARKETING FUNCTION:
- An energetic approach to exhibiting the brands and networking at fashion exhibitions and trade shows around the world.
- Identifying up to 3 relevant trade shows per year for the CLIENT to exhibit at to reach the buying community.
SUPPORT for CREATION, DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING OF IN HOUSE FASHION BRANDS
- Coordinate with design team in UK and Asia to develop a range of garments/products for the brand.
- Coordinate with in house photographer / videographer and contribute to the creative process of brand creation, development and marketing.
- Work with social media executive for Production of branding / music videos to develop the social media presence of the brand(s).
- Outreach to retailers worldwide to stock the brands
We are looking for the successful candidate to start immediately and be available to start on a part time basis for the first month. (Full time role will be awarded upon appraisal at the end of the first month).

International Business Development Executives
This is an ideal sales roles for a Junior Sales Executive who is looking for their next challenge in media.
The role requires knowledge and passion about the International Film and Sport industries, so if you want to work with some of the largest film and Sporting events in the world such as the FIFA WORLD CUP football and many of the largest film events in the world and have an active interest in the business of film and sport, then this roles could be great for you.
You will also need to be excited about international consumer brands and brand strategy as well as be familiar with popular culture and current marketing and advertising trends.
Sell something truly different.
You must have a perfect command of the English Language and other European languages will be useful but not essential.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
A passion for film and all things film related as well as enthusiasm for football and other sports.
A basic qualification in Business / Marketing / Public Relations.
Excellent spoken English, other European languages will be a bonus.
At least 6-12 months of successful experience in B2B Telephone sales.
An active team player who can contribute to an international sales team.

Video Editor / Production Coordinator – Full Time Role
Primary Function: Editing and Production of Commercial Spots ranging from 5 – 30 seconds to run at various international events. Delivery of such output via FTP Server download links. Assembly of event content and delivery to site technicians and screen directors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering engaging commercial spots for a varied range of clients
- Supporting the sales department with photo and video material for new projects
- Utilising knowledge of previous clients or proposed concepts to support sales department
- Maintaining an organised portfolio of client video material and project files on Adobe Premiere and After Effects for all Clients.
- Providing the Sales Director with examples of suitable productions which are relevant to the potential client in question.
- Supporting the Business Development efforts with photo and video presentation material.
The ideal candidate will have the following essential software skills and experience:
Experienced user of Adobe Creative Suite CS5 or CS6 including;
- Adobe Premiere,
- Adobe After Effects,
- Adobe Photoshop,
- Adobe Illustrator,
- 3D Studio Max,
Please Note that we require someone who:
- is extremely creative with their edits and has visual flare.
- can capture an audience with their promos and effects.
- has experience working in a client facing role or a relevant support environment
- can work to tight deadlines/under pressure
- is flexible (may have to work some weekends every once in a while)
- can author DVDs with menu settings for sending final outputs to clients.
- can export various video output in different formats according to the needs of the client.
- is competent at using content management systems to maintain a basic website.
The Editor/Cameraman is responsible for occasionally filming and assembling raw material into a finished product suitable for broadcasting on outdoor screen media as well as various other digital platforms. The material they work with may consist of raw camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects. This is a key role in the post-production process and the editor’s skill will determine the quality and delivery of the final product. This role will require being part of a team and working closely with the director’s to achieve the desired end result.
You will be required to work on the following tasks:
- Editing programs and adverts, occasional camera work on DSLR Cameras such as the Canon 5D, AVCHD Cameras such as the JVC HM650, and Production Cameras such as the Blackmagic Cinema Camera
- Assembling raw footage, with camera shots either recorded or transferred for inputting into the computer;
- Re-ordering and tweaking the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the film/video for use at events in EMEA.
- Consulting with the director, producer and/or client throughout the post- production process;
Note: This is a full time role requiring someone who can give thorough commitment to a growing company.
